Information We Collect
When you visit the Site, we collect certain information about your device, your interaction with the Site, and information necessary to process your purchases. We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. In this Privacy Policy, we refer to any information about an identifiable individual (including the information below) as “Personal Information”. Device information
Purpose of collection: to load the Site accurately for you, and to perform analytics on Site usage to optimize our Site.
Source of collection: Collected automatically when you access our Site using technologies and tools such as cookies, log files, web beacons, tags, or pixels.
Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify and our printing vendors (for order processing).
Personal Information collected: personal information we collect includes version of web browser, IP address, time zone, cookie information, what sites or products you view, search terms, and how you interact with the Site.
Order information
Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for production and shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
Source of collection: collected from you.
Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, printing vendors and payment processing vendors, as well as Google and social media companies/platforms where we advertise our products.
Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address including zip code, payment information (including credit card numbers, PayPal account info/other payment account), email address, and phone number.
Customer support information
Purpose of collection: to address your customer inquiry.
Source of collection: collected from you. Also, we may reference additional information we may have already collected about your order.
Disclosure for a business purpose: we may share this information with our vendors e.g. printing vendors to address your customer inquiry to the best of our ability.
Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, method of payment and payment details, email address, phone number, reason for contacting us and other necessary information to provide customer support. I.e. you may also choose to provide us with additional personal information (for a custom order of a sweatshirt, for example), if you contact us directly or share this information through our shop webpage.
Why We Need Your Information and How We Use It
We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
as needed to provide our services, such as when we use your information to fulfill your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support; when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for our mailing list on Shopify or other platforms such as social media; if necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order or in connection with a legal claim, such as retaining information about your purchases if required by tax law; and as necessary for the purpose of our legitimate interests, if those legitimate interests are not overridden by your rights or interests, such as i) providing and improving our services. We use your information to provide the services you requested and in our legitimate interest to promote and improve our services; and ii) Compliance with the Shopify Seller Policy and Terms of Use. We use your information as necessary to comply with our obligations under the Shopify Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Information about our customers is important to our business. We share your personal information for business reasons, as follows:
Shopify. We share information with Shopify and our printing vendors as necessary to provide you our services and comply with our obligations under both the Shopify Seller Policy and Shopify Terms of Use.
Service providers. We engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to our shop, such as printing and delivery companies. We will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business transfers. If we sell or merge our business, we may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
Compliance with laws. We may collect, use, retain, and share your information if we have a good faith belief that it is reasonably necessary to: (a) respond to legal process or to government requests; (b) enforce our agreements, terms and policies; (c) prevent, investigate, and address fraud and other illegal activity, security, or technical issues; or (d) protect the rights, property, and safety of our customers, or others.
Behavioral Advertising
As described above, we use your Personal Information to promote our products and in some situations to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For example:
Social ads/paid search ads/other ads. We use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site. In the future, we may use Shopify advertising services as well. We may use Shopify Audiences to help us show ads on other websites with our advertising partners to buyers who made purchases with other Shopify merchants and who may also be interested in what we have to offer. We also share information about your use of the Site, your purchases, and the email address associated with your purchases with Shopify Audiences, through which other Shopify merchants may make offers you may be interested in.
