Each item you purchase from our store is made to order; please allow 3-7 business days before shipping.
Shipping times will vary depending on your selected item and our vendors’ shipping terms. Most of our vendors are located in the U.S., but we also collaborate with vendors from Europe - on select orders. Typically, a product will be shipped to you within 2-7 days from when the order is processed or within 10-30 days if it will be shipped from overseas.
Once you place your order, it will not be possible to modify it.
Kindly please verify your order details including the product size and your shipping address - before you finalize the order. We will ship your order to the address you provide us with. We are not responsible for items going to the incorrect address or lost packages. Kindly verify the address and other order details to ensure accuracy.
Also, please carefully read our product descriptions and view all the photos included for each product in case there are design variations.
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.
Seeking to reduce our environmental footprint and waste, we do not keep inventory on hand. Every item you order from Bee A Sunflower is made to order and sent into production once you place an order with us.

As noted for some of our products, we offer unisex product sizes. This means that these products have a relaxed fit, they're not women's fitted sweatshirts/T-shirts etc. If you are looking for a more fitted look, you may consider sizing down for these products.
For the best fit, we strongly encourage you to check out our size guides and grab your favorite sweatshirt or T-shirt to measure and compare sizes. We are not able to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations after the order is placed and the item is sent into production.
Once you place an order with us, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking information. Should you not receive this email in 5-10 days, please contact us or allow 7-30 days for the order to arrive.
Please note that tracking numbers are sometimes created earlier than when the item/s ship; allow for a few days for the shipment status to be updated.
